U.S Orders:
✦ Domestic orders are all sent with USPS ground (3-10 days until delivery, includes tracking).
International Orders:
✦ International orders are sent with Ascendia global shipping (1-4 weeks until delivery depending on destination, with full tracking to 55 countries). If the country you're shipping to is not on this list and doesn't support full tracking, the tracking updates will stop once the parcel is handed to the foreign postal service at the border.
✦ We are unfortunately unable to ship any physical products to the EU and Northern Ireland due to new GPSR policies implemented in December 2024 (the rest of the UK is not affected by these policies, and physical orders can be placed to the UK). We are, however, able to accept orders for digital products from these areas! If there are any changes made to these policies before April that allow exceptions for small businesses/would permit us to be able to ship to the EU, updates will be posted both on this website as well as to our official Twitter/X.
